We process your data to respond to your enquiry and introduce you to a suitable estate agency at your request.
Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — namely, arranging your introduction to a partner agency.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Your details are shared only with the one partner agency selected for your introduction, and only with your knowledge. We do not sell your data.

Formspree Inc. (United States) processes contact form submissions on our behalf. Formspree stores and forwards your message to us. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, Formspree relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. See Formspree's privacy policy.
Cloudflare Inc. hosts and delivers this website. Cloudflare may process technical connection data (such as IP address and request logs) as part of providing CDN and security services. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Enquiry data is retained only for as long as needed to complete your introduction and any reasonable follow-up, then deleted. We do not keep contact form data indefinitely.
